Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Wifiwev (wifiwev.com and api.wifiwev.com) by hotspot operators, agents, and end customers who buy WiFi access through a Wifiwev-powered portal.

The service

Wifiwev provides hotspot billing, MikroTik provisioning, captive portal pages, voucher generation, agent wallets, and mobile-money collection in Tanzania. You remain responsible for your routers, radio licenses, and the WiFi service you sell to customers.

Accounts

• Operators must provide accurate business and contact details.
• You are responsible for users and agents you invite.
• Do not share admin credentials or router API passwords.

Billing

New operator accounts receive a 10-day free trial. After the trial, the platform fee is 30,000 TZS per month per business, collected by mobile money. Failed payments move the account into a short grace period, then service may be suspended until payment succeeds. Customer hotspot sales are yours; platform-managed collection may apply a stated fee.

Acceptable use

You may not use Wifiwev to attack networks, intercept traffic you do not own, or sell access in violation of Tanzanian law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or payment rails.
